  1. How long does your shipping normally take?
    1. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped it is typically at your doorstep within 2-3 business days.
  1. What if I need my order overnighted?
    1. Email or call us directly and we can create an order and invoice. Once the invoice is paid we will fulfill and overnight items. Invoice must be paid by 2pm CT for adequate time to take to post office, no exceptions.
  1. How do your shirt sizes typically run?
    1. Popular question! Our shirts are true to size. They are designed to be fitted. Your shirt should complement your feminine figure while allowing movement through the shoulders. The shirt tail is extra long to prevent untucking. Check out our size chart at the bottom of the Women’s Button Up Shirt page.
  1. I need to return or exchange my order. How can I do this?
    1. You will have 30 days to return/exchange items once shipped. Email us directly and we will get the return/exchange process started quickly. Refund will be given once item has been delivered back to Anna Wayne. Shirt must arrive back in new condition free of stains or other damage and tags attached.
  1. I need a replacement button!
    1. Email us directly and we will ship replacement buttons free of charge.
  1. I received my shirt and it is damaged.
    1. Customers have 30 days to report any damaged shirts upon receiving them. If before the 30 day grace period a full refund or exchange will be granted. We will initiate a return through email and the refund or exchange will be done when the damaged product is returned to us. No returns, exchanges, or refunds granted after the 30 day grace period. No exceptions. Even better if you can provide a picture with your email.
  1. How should I care for my shirt?
    1. We recommend dry clean only. Hang until worn to prevent fold creases. Our cotton/spandex shirts can be starched.
  1. I don’t know what size I am. Do ya’ll offer try ons?
    1. Yes! We can ship try ons (color may be dependent on what is in stock for try ons). Buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees. If shirt is not returned within 14 days buyer will be charged full price ($95 plus tax) for each item.
  1. How can I submit my pictures and videos of me in my AW attire?
    1. Our favorite question! Please email us any pictures or videos you have! Include your name, event, and if you had any placings or awards.
  2. Do ya'll offer any sponsorships?
    1. Yes! Please email us your information. We will reassess sponsorships every year.
  3. Can we collaborate?
    1. Absolutely! We have collaborated with a few brands already and would love to grow that list. Reach out to us and let's see what we can do.

 

 

PURPOSE
Anna Wayne has developed an ambassador program to create a partnership between the company and equine community. We value you as a customer and want to return the favor of support to you.

DUTIES
It is your responsibility to share and promote your own code. While we may occasionally promote ambassador codes, we prioritize fairness and encourage each ambassador to control their own visibility and exposure.
You’re not required to wear Anna Wayne at all times—but when it fits the moment, tags, mentions, and verbal shoutouts are always appreciated. You're helping us shape this community one conversation at a time.

REGULATIONS
As an Anna Wayne Ambassador, you represent more than a brand—you represent a lifestyle rooted in respect, professionalism, and integrity.

We have zero tolerance for animal mistreatment or conduct that reflects poorly on others, whether in person or online. Any violation will result in immediate deactivation of all ambassador codes. Our horses come first. Our industry is close behind. Let’s honor them both.

SUPPORT
Throughout the year, as ‘Anna Wayne’ expands inventory there will be an attempt made to meet the needs of ambassadors by offering first choice of new product. You’ll receive notifications when new fabrics/colors are open for pre-order. Pre-ordering ensures we purchase enough material to meet both ambassador and market demand. If you miss a pre-order, you’re still welcome to purchase online or at events, but stock will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to all customers.
