Howdy!

I’m Anna, the founder of Anna Wayne Clothing Company, established on June 13, 2023. My journey to this moment has been anything but a straight line—it’s been a testament to adaptability, passion, and perseverance.

I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2014 with a degree in Animal Science and later became a Registered Nurse in 2020. While I once had aspirations of launching a denim line, the demands of nursing school made it an unrealistic pursuit—both financially and time-wise.

Horses have been a part of my life since childhood, and in 2019, I stepped deeper into the barrel futurity world with my first futurity horse, followed by my second in 2022. As a petite rider, I struggled to find Western shirts that fit properly—nothing seemed to combine professionalism, femininity, and functionality in the way I needed.

Then, in the summer of 2023, a broken foot forced me to slow down. Instead of seeing it as a setback, I used the downtime to design what, in my mind, would be the ultimate women’s Western shirt—classic, feminine, American-made, and built for performance.

With my mom, Tina, by my side handling the business setup, we laid the foundation for what would become Anna Wayne. At first, the company was known as “By Anna Anna,” focusing on graphic tees and promotional items. But everything changed when our button-ups came to life.

Our talented pattern maker, Frida, transformed my vision into reality, and our seamster, Alberto, meticulously crafted each piece by hand. Their expertise and guidance have been invaluable as I navigated an industry I knew little about.

After months of designing, we manufactured our first collection and debuted it at the OKC Futurity in December 2023. With that milestone came a rebrand—“By Anna Anna” evolved into Anna Wayne Clothing Company, a name with deep personal meaning. In true Southern tradition, “Anna” comes from me, and “Wayne” is my brother’s middle name. As we expand, our vision is clear: the women’s line will be “Anna” and the men’s line will be “Wayne.”

Though Anna Wayne Clothing Company is our main focus, By Anna Anna still operates, offering custom promotional products for other brands.

This journey has been built on passion, resilience, and the incredible support of our community. Thank you for being part of it. The best is yet to come.
